Chokepoint Risk Index
The Chokepoint Risk Index is a numeric, deterministic read on supply-chain risk derived from wafergraph's mapped graph: who breaks if a supplier fails, and how much of the industry leans on each firm. Fragility measures how exposed a company is to its own suppliers being single points of failure; downstream dependence measures how much of the downstream graph relies on a company. Both scores run 0–100, normalized to the most extreme company tracked.
